Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer various shipping methods to cater to our customers' needs. The available shipping options and estimated transit times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that transit times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to completing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nourish Skin Nashville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim and checking with neighbors or your local postal service to see if they have any additional information.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@nourishskinnashville.com and provide a photo of the damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly replace any damaged products.
