Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at care@nourishskinnashville.com. Attach a photo of the damaged items within 24 hours of receipt and we will gladly replace them for you. We may ask you to send us the broken or damaged item.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds on our products, unless the product arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such cases, we will gladly replace the product for you. Please contact us at care@nourishskinnashville.com for any inquiries related to damaged products.
